Warranty

Our jewellery warranty mainly covers for manufacturing defects in material and workmanships.
Damages caused by rough hands, neglect care and natural wear and tear are excluded in the warranty cover.

We offer free of charge repair within 90 days from date of purchase.

Shipping cost of return mail will be borne by customer if the return is made after 14 days from the date of receiving.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers:
- broken chain
- dislodged jump rings
- faulty clasp
- crystals/gemstones fallen out

What are EXCLUDED in the warranty?

Our warranty does not cover the following:
- damages caused by rough hands (e.g dent from hitting on hard objects)
- damages caused by natural wear and tear (e.g deformed ear posts, worn out plating)
- damages caused by neglect care (e.g scratched surfaces, tarnishing)
- Stationary such as gift box and wrapping.

What is the warranty period?

We offer free of charge repair within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping cost will be borne by customers for return repair made after 14 days from the date of receiving.

How long will the repair take?

Repairs will be processed within 1-3 weeks from receiving the return item.

Can I extend the warranty?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the free repair warranty period.

How can I request for a warranty repair?

Kindly reach out to us at hello@mienlabel.co with your order number, photos of the defect jewellery.

We will send you a warranty repair return form.

Print the form and mail it back to us, together with the item for repair.

We highly recommend you use a shipping option that provides tracking reference as we are not liable for any lost mail.

What if my warranty expired and I wish to repair my jewellery?

For repair request made outside of warranty period, a repair charge applies.
Kindly send us an email at hello@mienlabel.co with your order number and photos of your concerned jewellery.

We will assess the condition and provide a repair quote. Repair charges range from $10-$50, depends on the parts/extent of damage.

We reserve the right to reject any repair request if item is not deemed repairable.
