We are here to help you if you have any issues with your order.We offer an exchange or return for non-customised jewellery item(s) purchase within 14 days, with the exception of:
• Sale items
• Stationery products i.e greeting card
• Gift wrapping and gift boxes
Returns for non-customised jewellery item(s) is done in the form of store credits that can be used for future purchase.
We do not accept returns by cash.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to offer exchange or returns for customised jewellery items.
Returns will be valid if:
• It is done within 14 days from date of receiving the order
• Jewellery item(s) is unworn and in original condition
• Jewellery item(s) comes with original packaging
If the returned item(s) fails to meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
How to return?
To proceed with a return, please email us your request and fill in the return mail form provided.Kindly arrange to send your item(s) back to us only after receiving the confirmation and approval of the return request.
Customers will bear all shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) back to us.
We offer an exchange for all jewellery item(s) purchase within 14 days when:
• Your item is damaged/defect
• We sent a wrong item
Engraving error (mistake made by us)
A snapshot of the item(s) is required for us to review the request.
In the event that an exchange is not available, we will refund the value of the item back to your account in store credits.
For exchange due to the above situation, we will bear all shipping charges incurred.

If your jewellery piece is not fitting perfectly, we are happy to offer a one-time free resizing/alteration, within 14 days from date of purchase.
Charges will apply for subsequent resizing/alternation request.

To send the resized item back to you via doorstep courier, a SGD3.50 shipping fee is applicable.

We are happy to provide free lifetime repair service for all disconnected jump rings, chains and clasp.
For replacement of chains and parts, charges may apply. Kindly reach out to us for a quote.
