We offer a one-time exchange for non-customised item, within 14 days from date of order delivered.
* No exchange is allowed for sale item, gift card /box and customised item.

- Exchange item will be valued as per amount reflected in the invoice at the point of purchase.
- Price of the exchanged item should be equal to the new item. If new item is of higher price, a top up will apply and is borne by customer.
- For size exchange, please kindly contact us with your order number and preferred size. Size exchange is subjected to stock availability.
- Any shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We highly advise you to choose a shipping option that provide tracking reference. We will not be liable for any lost mail.

- In original and unworn condition
- In original packaging
