Mien Label.Co (“www.mienlabel.co”) owns and operate this Website. Please take time to read the following terms and conditions pertaining to the use of our website, products and services. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.

 

General

1. Our working days are Monday-Friday, not including the weekends and public holidays.
2. All emails, enquiry, payment verification and transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days.

 

Product Descriptions

1. We endeavour to be as accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of the products available for purchase through the Website. Our products may vary from their pictures on the Website and the colours of the products may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, and we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
2. The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only.
3. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
4. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.



General Order and Purchase

1. Please check you have selected the correct colour, sizes and correct input of product customisation details (if applicable), before checking out.
2. Please complete payment within 24 hours from the time your order was placed. Any unpaid orders after this payment time-frame shall be deemed cancelled unless we determine otherwise in our discretion.
3. Orders will be shipped out within 7 working days, unless otherwise advised.
4. Please ensure shipping address is complete with unit number (if any) and postal code to avoid possible delay during shipping.
5. Mailing days are weekdays only, Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
6. MienLabel reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s), in our sole and absolute discretion.
7. We will notify you if we are unable to accept and/or process your order for any reason including, without limitation, if the product(s) in your order is out of stock or is unavailable, if there are limitations on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan, if we have identified an error in the price and/or description of the product, or if we are unable to meet a delivery deadline or other request you have specified.



Shipping and Delivery

1. All orders are mailed and delivered via SingPost, unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders are mailed via Normal Mail (complimentary for orders below SGD$80), or Registered Mail (complimentary for orders SGD$80 and above)
3. You can opt to top up to Registered Mail at SGD$2.50 if you order is below SGD$80.
4. Normal Mail does not come with tracking reference and MienLabel will not be held liable to any unexpected delay/lost mail in the process of delivery.
5. We will not be liable to assist in reporting for any lost mail if order is delivered via Normal Mail.
6. Registered Mail comes with tracking reference and can be tracked at www.singpost.com.
7. Please note local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc.
8. International orders are delivered via Signpost Registered Airmail (non express).
9. International orders will be delivered by your local post office once parcel reached the destination port.
10. Tracking of order status may be limited to certain countries only.
11. Should the item(s) that you order be out of stock or on back-order, the delivery of your entire order will only take place once such item(s) become available, unless otherwise specified by you at the time of your order.



Backorders

1. Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
2. Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items.
3. The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation. The exact dates of arrival will be made known to the customers once they are confirmed.
4. There may be delays for the backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or parts have to be re done due to quality checks etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 3 weeks.
5. Should the item(s) that you order be out of stock or on back-order, the delivery of your entire order will only take place once such item(s) become available, unless otherwise specified by you at the time of your order.



Defects / Wrong Item Sent

1. We are sorry if you received a defective or wrong item was sent. Kindly drop us an email at hello@mienlabel.co within 7 working days upon receiving the item, with a snapshot of the defective/wrong item for us to assist you.
2. Please refrain from sending back the defective/wrong item on your own accord.
3. If the item is in stock, we will arranged to send you the replacement piece. Customers will be required to mail back the defected/wrong item to us, via trackable source (registered mail). We will refund you the mailing fees once we received the returned item.
4. In situation if the item is out of stock, we will proceed to refund you in full amount. Customers will be required to mail back the defected/wrong item to us, via trackable source (registered mail).

Exchange and returns

1. Given the nature of jewellery is custom-made to each individual customer, we are unable to accept exchange or returns.
2. Some products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
3. Exchange and returns can only be done if (i) wrong item is sent, (ii) customisation is done wrongly by us.
4. In such cases, kindly communicate to us so that we can assist you further.
5. Customers will be required to mail back the wrong item to us, via trackable source (registered mail). We will refund you the mailing fees once we received the returned item.
6. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange, at our sole discretion.



Exchange of Sizes

1. Size exchange (if applicable) is allowed and free for the first time. Subsequent adjustment in sizes are chargeable at SGD$5.00.
2. For size change, customers has to bear the shipping fees both ways (to and fro).
3. For us to re-mail the adjusted jewellery back to you, please complete payment for shipping fee: SGD$1.50 for normal mail, SGD$3.00 for Registered Mail.
4. We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange, at our sole discretion.



Personalisation

1. All customised items are hand-stamped by us in our studio.
2. We use the traditional hand stamp technique to engrave your customised text onto the metal plate/pendant.  This technique involves hammering each character individually onto the jewellery piece by hand, using a metal stamp.
3. Therefore, it is inevitable to have slight inconsistencies in the alignments, spacing and the depth of imprints.
4. This is the nature and organic beauty of hand stamped jewellery and be assured that no two pieces of jewellery will be exactly the same. This is NOT to be considered as defect.
5. Unlike machine laser engraving, it is impossible to have perfect engravings and alignments. If you are a perfectionist and seek for perfect engraving, our pieces may not be suitable for you.
6. If you have any dissatisfaction with your customised piece, kindly communicate to us with a snapshot of your jewellery. While we uphold high quality check with our jewellery, we hope to assist you in any way we can.

Errors, Omissions and Inaccuracies

1. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

2. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).



From time to time, we may update and terms and conditions. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made.
