MATERIAL 

Druzy Stone is natural with platinum plating on surface. Please note that each druzy surface is unique and there will be no two piece that will be exactly the same.

Round Pendant and Chain are made of stainless steel.  

Silver is stainless steel without plating. Rose gold and gold are IP plated on stainless steel.

 

 

MEASUREMENTS

 

Pendant measures 15mm. Druzy stone meaures 12mm.

Chain length comes in 16/18/20 inches, with additional 2 inches extension.

PERSONALISATION:

Each piece is lovingly assembled and handcrafted in our studio. Personalisation is done by hand stamped and not machine engraved. As such, slight inconsistencies in the alignments, spacing and the depth of imprints are expected and to be considered as the uniqueness and organic beauty of a bespoke design.

STAMPING ON BOTH SIDES OF A JEWELLERY:

Due to the impact of hammering, there may be very slight imprint mark visible on the underside surface of the jewellery. This should not be considered as defect. If you are not comfortable with it, please refrain from stamping on both sides.

BLACK FINISHING ON TEXT:

The black finishing on text is semi- permanent and may fade over time. How lasting it is truly depends on each individual's usage and care for the jewellery. We provide after service to re darken the text back for you if this finishing of the jewellery has faded. Servicing fee and postage fee may be chargeable. Please contact us directly so that we can assist you in this matter.

PLATING ON JEWELLERY:

The gold and rose gold stainless steel pieces contain IP plating on its surface. While this plating do last a long time, it depends highly on individual's usage and care for the jewellery. To prolong and ensure it lasts, proper care for your jewellery is encouraged. Avoid direct contact with chemicals, lotions, perfumes, etc. Clean it with a dry cloth to remove dirt and body oils after each wear. When not wearing, clean it thoroughly before keeping it in a cool and dry condition. 
Unfortunately, we do not provide re-plating service.

WARRANTY:

We take pride in our work and designs and strive to only deliver the best to you. We are sorry if you received your jewellery in a malfunctioned condition. Within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to repair or send a replacement piece to you. Pictures of malfunctioned piece has to be provided accordingly for us to assess the condition of the item before we proceed with the repair or replacement.
Wear and tear /tarnishing due to individual's use and care does not qualify as defect. We reserve the rights to determine if a replacement or repair can be provided on a case by case basis.
